Hello everyone! I'm here to tackle the benefits and risks of using Apple Cider Vinegar. I am sure you have heard of using it for weight loss and I am here to say that that claim is true. If you choose to drink it in order to lose body fat you should dilute it with water/tea since it is very acidic. 2-3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water or tea should be more than enough to dilute the acidity. With that being said there is still a risk with ingesting it. The acidic properties of the vinegar are known to dehydrate the body and pull nutrients from the uterus of a woman. So please proceed with caution if you choose to use Apple Cider Vinegar in your fat loss regimen.
You can also use Apple Cider Vinegar for your hair to clarify and remove any product buildup. It has a very distinct smell but it rinses out easily with shampoo or conditioner. To create this rinse you will mix apple cider vinegar, honey, aloe vera juice and water. Wash your hair like you normally would then make sure to completely drench your hair with the rinse and go through it with a wide tooth comb then put on a shower cap to let it sit for about 45 minutes. Then you can rinse your hair and condition it like normal. (Olive oil and apple cidar vinegar can also be used to give dread locks a nice shine; you can use the same method above)
Okay everyone that is all I have for you today. Come back soon for more remedies and updates!
